Our Wedding

We met as student-athletes at Youngstown State University in 2015 in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) program - Ryan played basketball and Lexi played softball. Our relationship started by Ryan asking Lexi questions about various events they needed to attend for SAAC and where/when he needed to be (questions that had very clear answers if he listened during the meetings!). Throughout college, we spent time at events together (Lexi organizing, Ryan carrying the food), playing our respective sports, sneaking in coffee breaks between class together, and making memories with some of our best friends. Fun fact about us... we won the YESPYs "Cutest Couple" award in college two years in a row (please make fun of us accordingly). Post-college, we both pursued careers in the corporate world in two different cities. Lexi moved to Columbus and Ryan worked in Cleveland. Every weekend, they would either meet in the middle at a Bob Evans for dinner (yikes), or Ryan would come down to Lexi's apartment in Columbus and leave Monday mornings at 4am to make it to work on time. Fast forward one year, Ryan started law school at Cleveland State; Lexi moved to Youngstown with him so that we could spend more time together throughout Ryan's law school journey. We have lived there ever since and frequent I-80 as much as possible to spend time in both Chicago and Youngstown with our families. Ryan proposed to Lexi on Jolee Island in Miramar Beach, Florida, where they were spending the week on family vacation. The proposal came just shy of their ten-year anniversary! Today, Ryan works for Stifel as a Wealth Management Advisor and Lexi works for IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant. We live in Columbiana, OH with our two pups, Pippen (6) and Sammie (3). In our free time, we love to play golf, walk the dogs at our local shelter, and test out as many airport lounges as our PTO will allow.

- Reservation Block is under "Roach/Strollo Wedding" for Thursday, August 6th - Saturday, August 8th.- We will provide a party bus to and from the hotel starting at 4:15pm. The shuttle will run continuously throughout the night to bring people back to the hotel.- Check-In Time: 3:00pm | Check-Out Time: 12:00pm- Parking: Parking lot is on-site and complimentary- Cutoff Date: The last day to reserve rooms in this block at the discounted rate is Friday, July 10th, 2026- Rates do not include taxes

- Room rate is 199.00 per night under our block- To book, click the link above, select"BOOK" in the top right corner, and input your desired stay dates. You will see a King option and a Queen option pop up that says "Strollo Roach Wedding". Select the room and book from there!-The party bus will starting picking people up for the ceremony at 4:15pm and run continuously throughout the entire night. We will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages provided on the bus!

Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Fishers

- Block is under Roach-Strollo Wedding - Room block is for August 6th - 8th at $244.00 per night - Book your room by July 8th; this is a boutique hotel. Once the block is filled, there will be no additional rooms opened up. - We will provide a party bus to and from the hotel starting at 4:15pm. The shuttle will run continuously throughout the night to bring people back to the hotel.

Hotel Nickel Plate Fishers, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We do not have a room block at this hotel, but it is another option with a lot of fun things to do right around it if you would like to book there! The shuttle will not be providing service to this hotel from the venue.
